Original Comment I have been waiting for a delivery that was due on May 29, I tracked the package on the 29th it was out for delivery, didn't come so on the 30th I checked again, out for delivery. So I waited and was working in my yard all morning. Checked the tracking when I was through working, it was delivered. At least that's what the tracking info said. It was not delivered to my house it said it was delivered to my town but had no address as to where it was delivered. Was it delivered to the center of town or the fire dept. WHERE was it delivered. I know they have tracking to see where it was recorded it was delivered, so I contacted the UPS office to find out so I could retrieve my delivery from where ever it was dropped off,No one there to answer the phone (because of the virus, REALLY NO PHONE)so I sent the "form" NO RESPONSE.Today is Tuesday the 2nd of June & I still don't know where my delivery is. I will be asked to PROVE I didn't get the delivery or get charged for it. How do you prove that the delivery was "given" to some one else. I live in a small town and it's pretty easy to find my street so wondering who UPS has working for them that can find a street in a small town.This delivery was very important to me & others, but depending on UPS to find my house was wrong & disappointing.
