I visited this location on june 26th at 1:45 ish...
I ordered a Happy Meal with an unsweet tea via drive through. I received a sweet tea...I turned around got back into the drive thru line and toldthem i needed an unsweet tea...I was told to go to the first window and the young girl took my drink and returned with a large what i thought was an unsweet tea. I was almost to the main road and took a drink of the tea and it was a sweet tea...again...
I turned Back around and got back into line and told the person answering to take my order that i had received a sweet tea again...she said to pull up...which i did. I was in frontof tehnext ordering screen and was asked what i would like to order..this was the person that helped me before..I told her I had again gotten a sweet tea..she said no you didn't it was unsweet. I replied "No Mam it was a sweet tea...maybe the teas are mixed up in the container"..she said nothing in response and i just sayed in line. I approached the first windoe (thepay window)and another lady stood at the window an motioned for me to go up..I arrived at the pick up window and the young man that i had received my orders from was still there...I took the tea and said I have gotten another sweet tea...could i get an unsweet? He was very pleasant, apologized and took my tea....through the window. I didn't think anything of it...I guess I should have, but i don't eat drive through very much...so I just thought since the other person had taken my tea, I thought nothing of it really. About the time that the young man put the tea on the drink counter a very LOUD and rude young woman came to the youngman and yelled..."What is that?" and pointed to the tea....then started yelling and looking at me and screaming.."she knows better than that..get that out of here." well neither menor the young man really knew wahat to do..I said just through it away and then she picked up the drink and threw it at me through the window! Frankly i was in a bit of a shock...she kept yelling at me saying "that i knew better"...I said "what are you talking about...I just want an unsweet tea!!" I told her she was very rude and i was trying to talk to her and she told me i knew better and i needed to leave, waved her hand like she was dismissing me and immediately slammed the take out window, saying other words that i do not know what she said....I haveto say, I never been talked too or treat so RUDELY at any restaurantm uch less McDonald's. I dropped the tea, by my car, and left immediately...
NO ONE except the young man was wearing a mask...NO ONE that talked to me was wearing a mask on their face...they had it around their neck...but not over their face..
I know everyone is short of patience, but this was WAAAAY over the top..
The description of the first person that told me i had received a sweet tea is a young woman, round face, a bit overweight,no smile or personality.(flat affect)
And the person that threw the tea at me and kept yelling at me ...was petite,(looked very thin, thin face) wore black framed glasses, and very loud...
The young man that was involved was very pleasant, teenager, dark hair with white tips or streaks in his hair.
This was ridiculous! To tell you the truth i probably wont ever go back...i just needed to let you know..
