Original Comment Automated system is NOT AT ALL helpful. I just needed to find out if the local office in Aberdeen was open to exchange a Parent box which is faulty. I could not get to a customer representative to answer that question promptly. I was sent a text message and received a text message back that someone would be calling me any moment. That was 5 minutes ago and I am still waiting.
