Original Comment Why did you close our local office? Never mind, I know te answer - to save money and further shift costs to customers. It is a 2 hour commute to Modesto to handle what would otherwise have been a simple equipment exchange. Ir pay a $15 shipping fee - it will cost me more in gas to drive to Modesto to solve a problem Xfinity by Comcast created.
