Original Comment I received a long cover due mattress in a box yesterday, October 1, 2022. The box arrived with the top completely open and it was placed on the sidewalk beside my house. No one rang our doorbell or knocked on our door to let us know it was here. It rained most of yesterday so, yes, it was very wet.<br /> I know it was heavy, as was evident by the imprint in the ground where it had been dropped, knocking over a sidewalk light.<br /> The biggest question I have is why aren't two people available for heavy package delivery? That would have eliminated dropping the box, exposing the contents to the rain, AND SNEAKING AWAY.<br /> This was an example of horrible customer service. We will not use UPS again if we can help it.
