I was not happy that your Bixby store does not have a local phone number. After shopping there today, I was looking at my receipt and saw that I was charged twice for 1 container of grapes. I wanted to call and ask what I need to bring in to the store for a refund, but can't. This store is far from my residence and I only shop at it twice a month when I am in the area. To make unnecessary trips for the cashier's error is very upsetting. I don't have the time or the gas to spend. I just want my money back!!

I am very frustrated over your not having a phone number and hours posted for ALDI in Bixby. I left a money clip there and do not have a way to reach anyone to see if it was found by Nickie who was waiting on me and very nice to the customer. Why are you not listed in the Tulsa Phone Directory or post a phone number on the website??????
