We were very disappointed that the Choceur brand milk chocolate bars were no longer in the store-instead my husband said they had Hershey's chocolate (which isn't as good- and has higher sugar) and Schogetten, another German chocolate- which also isn't as good, and is too sweet. We love the store- and shop there often. The chocolate is the best around- PLEASE don't stop carrying it- or replace it with Hershey brand.

Today July 19, 2015, I visited the Aldi store located on Broadway St. Buffalo. I was searching for a instant cooling towel, but there were none available. So, the managers contacted the Aldi store #97, 3060 Main street, and they saved two towels for me. Upon arrival, A manager gave me the two towels which was behind the register of a cashier. While I was in line to pay for these items the cahier questioned me, insinuating that I went behind the register, when I went to the manager to verify that she gave me these items; she was very unprofessional Wf-30 yrs very un-kept.

Shopped at this location on 1/9/14 at 7:13 pm and had cashier #175. I am handicapped and asked her if she knew where Security was to carry my box of groceries to car. She stated Security is not there. She was ready to carry them and another cashier next to her scolded her stating, "You can't just leave your station and help her!". Cashier #175 told me to move my car to door and she will carry it for me. Instead the other cashier who scolded her and was rude to me carried groceries to car but refused to put them in car for me. She yelled at me to open the door. I opened the passenger side already and physically opened the door and she proceeded to Bounce the Box down on the garbage can and abruptly asked a male stranger standing there to put it in my car. She then told me she cannot do this because she has other customers waiting in store. I told her I was Handicapped and cannot carry this box into my car. She abruptly left the box on garbage can and stormed off without carrying it to my car which was right in front of door as they asked me to park.
The rudeness of this clerk was alarming to me...She was unempathetic to me even when I produced a Handicapped Tag to prove that I was handicapped...She still left the box on the garbage can and my newly purchased coffee spilled all over my car when the box was set on top of it.
This was not the first time I have experience Rudeness from your clerks and witnessed with other patrons of your Store#97 on Main St. Buffalo NY. This clerk was Caucasian with long brown hair in pony tail checking out people in next line over from clerk #175. She should be addressed for her Rudeness and Treatment of your Patrons and Security should be there in front to Assist any Patron that asks for assistance carrying groceries or walking them to their car since this is a High RISK AREA FOR CRIME.
I really patronize your store often and enjoy your healthy products. I do hope that this problem is corrected for the benefit of other Patrons also that I have witnessed being treated rudely by your clerks.
