My mom went to this location to have her phone checked out by an employee. She was having issues with the speaker and sound notification that she was hoping to resolve. Francisco was the employee who assisted her by telling her she could get a new phone at no cost because an upgrade was available. He put her in a new phone that actually cost her a fee and increased the monthly reoccurring cost by $30 which I noticed once I saw the bill that included the extra charges. I contacted the outlet which was inside the 2 week warranty, but they were not willing to do an exchange for a similar phone to what she had previously. She was 2000 miles away until the 18th day and they were not willing to work with her. They were deceitful and mislead her into a contract and then wouldn't resolve it fairly. Know who you are buying from before you visit this store. I would use a corporate AT&T store instead of this location.
