Manager Allen is very rude and not customer friendly, I will not patronize a store whose manager is rude. I will take my business somewhere else. He can't answer simple questions and he isn't familiar with the sites website. And when I asked him was there a manager that could help me he hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional behavior for a manager.
