The new Marconi location customer service is the worst I've ever been to I try to do a return without receipt they took my product and give me a refund request form and told me I had to wait 48 hours so I ask for my merchandise back so I can go home and find the receipt and take it to the original Bed Bath and Beyond I bought it from they said no they can do that I had to wait for a call its been 3 days and still no phone call I've been called corporate and they told me I had to wait 2 weeks now
