I just received the absolute worst customer service ever. I've been patronizing this location for over two years now. The young man there today has a really poor demeanor and refused to assist me. I asked for his name so that I can notify a member of management and he refused. I'm aware that Boost is franchised and I called customer service to make them aware of the service I was provided today. I live a few blocks away and I will never patronize this location again. After doing a little research I learned that the young man with the absolute worst customer service ever family owns the franchise located at 12962 S. Ashland so therefore he thinks it's okay to act in such a unprofessional manner. I also learned that he displays this behavior all the time. I'm a African American and love to support black business but never again at this location.
