I went in to this boost mobile to pay my bill back in May 2014, the owner took my payment, well the next day my phone was shut off for non payment. When I went back to the store I explained what happen and the lady (no longer working there) and she took care of it. that month my bill was suppose to drop down to $45 but it didn't due to the fact that my phone was shut off. when I went in to pay my bill today I inquired about it. The girl told me it was nothing she could do about it. I ask her to call her manager she said ok but never did instead she ask me for my password on my account, I ask her why did she need it and she instantly got an attitude saying " I just wanted to look at your account but if you don't want to give it to me that's fine". I thought she was very rude, it wasn't what she said it was how she said it. I gave her my pin and she then says ' your bill is 45.00'. I asker her why did she have me pay 50.00 I then told her that every time I come in the store it's a problem and I will not be back because they didn't know what they were doing...the GIRL started yelling " I've never seen you in this store and you don't have to come back, I call boost customer service but they said I would have to speak with the store owner ( the one who took my payment and did not post it)...I wonder how long will they own this store with such poor customer service....
