On 6-26-15 I visited location 4701 Blanco Rd., San Antonio TX. Where I purchased 2 LG Volts and my mother did as well per my recommendation. I had made very clear I needed extensive coverage in my area because I have two disabled daughters who have life threatening heart issues. Sales Rep. Abby reassured the service and VOLT she had personally gone to FL. with no interruption. Approx 2 week later right before 14day return expired I brought phones back and explained I was not getting reception in my area. Store mangr AINNIZ TORREZ mocked me saying impossible because she had reception in Puerto Rico and reset both phones reassuring me I would not have issues. I went on with the phones still not properly working and the store refuses to help or even allow me to speak w store owner. I drove my children to Colorado last week and lost all service for over 8 hours no GPS or Cell reception. As a parent with 2 disabled children my worst fear was for one of then to have a heart attack and I have no way to get help, not even 911. I returned and again called the store asking for exchange or reimbursement Ainniz refused assistance and said she would not provide me store owner information and stated "I'll be there" when I asked if this needed to escalate to legal matters. I am very frustrated that I attempted to return the phones properly within thw time frame and was mocked and told phones were fixed and now the safety of my children is jeopardized and I have no compassion, respect, or assistance from the local retailer. Please help fix a situation that is life threatening.
