This is the worst location. The store manager ROCHELLE is an extremely rude and disgustingly unprofessional associate. She refused to help my mother replace her phone and lied and said that i used profanity towards her when I did not and all i was doing was trying to help my sick and elderly mother fix her phone service that stopped working due to a manufacturing error. I am in a different state. Rochelle threw my mother out of the store she yelled at her and told her that she was never allowed to return to the store. My elderly mother had to walk home with no phone service when she is paying for her phone and took an uber to the store and Rochelle told my mother she could not use their wifi to order an uber and said to my mother to leave and walk home. My mother is embarrassed threatened and verbally abused by this woman Rochelle and now she is without a phone that she pays for and she cannot get in touch with her doctors. I have tried calling Rochelle back at the store numerous times and everytime she hears my voice on the line she hangs up the phone on me and said she was going to call the police on us when she is the one who was refusing my mother service and was being extremely demeaning to both me and my mother. I have reported Rochelle and i am still trying to get in contact with my elderly mother who was forced to walk all the way home in the hot sun
