I placed my order online and proceeded to the location where two male employees we in front by the crib smoking whatever it was they were smoking then they sat outside for another five minutes while I sat at the drive thru mic there was a young lady who I believe to be a shift lead at the moment who was also inside the building and didn't acknowledge I was there at the drive thru or window the first time around. I then proceeded to the front door where the colorful jacket male had locked me out the building and told me THEY WERE CLOSED to go back thru the drive thru while BOTH male employees laughed at me from inside the building and I then proceeded to the drive ONCE AGAIN FOR NOBODY TO ANSWER SO I sat at the window until the lady FINALLY decided to ask me what my order was and then I sat in the window for another 15-20 minutes just for my food to soggy and cold what type of service and business is that and that y'all are trying run because so far it's crappy and I won't be back to the one I promise you that
