Century Link got my order wrong initially and so didn't give me their money saving deal. Within the first 5 months they overcharged me by $175. They sent me an extra modem when I had already bought one. I returned the second one but they charged me for it anyway.
I spent literally hours on the phone for 2 days trying to get this corrected. They finally found the error and said they would update my account. They haven't updated my account to reflect this.
