We think we may have a bad modem is there any way to get it checked out at the LaPine Century Link Office?

We keep getting told our connection is great but when it takes 5 to 10 minutes to open

stuff that used to take seconds the internet has become useless to us and a complete waste of many hours trying to get anything done on it!

We have called in about the problem three times now and the people from Century Link say you have a strong signal. It even says I have a strong signal on my computer but takes for ever to open anything up and even longer to download the gets disconnected half way through. What a waste of time and energy when we sometime have to do it over and over again!

We need some solution to this problem not just lip service!
