We have been to this chili's many time over the years. We have had good service and bad service. It is Monday 1/19/14 are family went into chili's and we got seated at the table and the waitress took 15minutes to wait on us to get are drink order. We ordered are food. During that time we saw people getting there food that came in after use. Yell in the kitchen from one of the waiter's at the kitchen staff. 45 minutes we still did not get a appetizer or food. Sprite was flat. No every can back to check on us. We go chilis all the time and after we will not go back to this chilis anymore.
