My husband and I were at the Delhi location on 12/28/14 At approx. 7:15p.m. There was a very long line, but it only took around 10 minutes to get our order. Everyone was pleasant and they were all working together to get people in and out. During this time a customer was asking for something special. They said they couldn't do it (I think) Then he demanded to see a manager. He came out and kept telling the customer, it' s ok, I got you covered, everything is cool. The customer says, Do I have to fight you for this? Manager says AGAIN--- No, I got you covered. When the customer paid, he says to the cashier, thanks for doing that, it saved me $5.00. Manager handled the situation great... Considering the rudeness of the customer.
