comcast was going to charge me 60 + dollars to deliver a cable box to replace the 1 I have that was not a choice for me so I went to this Hammond office and for a replacement then I come to find that the power cord does not fit the box if they gave me a gave me a different model, a used scratched up model that the power cord is a different model and the girl at the counter was too stupid to realize I turned in a different box and that I should have a different power cord. comcast should reimburse me for my gas my time, and trouble to troy get this box exchanged being that I am disabled it is harder for me to get around to perform these tasks. your personal should be better trained to recognize the difference of cords power cords or any cables according to model of each box!!!!!
