In a very very very last attempt to remain a Comcast Customer I tried to call the number associated with the Comcast address on my bill. Needless to day, that is not a functioning number. Ugh!!! Righ Comcast....THE STRUGGLE IS REAL! Bottom line in addition to unreliable internet service it appears that no one within the company is responsible for adjusting a bill when they are in error. I have this trouble many many times before. I have spent countless hours call the 800 and 866 numbers for questions on billing. When I succeed in getting an Comcast Agent on the phone the are powerless to adjust the bill. In short I usually go ahead a pay for their mistake for to say me time. However my bill had creeped up to $125 for no explainable reason over the past few months. I paid. But this months bill was $175. I;m not paying. My service has not changed and there is no explaination. The comcast agents claim fees/regulations.... they can't give an explaination. Seriously several call to comcast and they can not give an explaination.
I called the corporate office in hopes of reaching Tom Karinshak, Senior Vice President of Customer 1500 Market Street Philadelphia, PA 19102
Phone: (215)665-1700
That was unsuccessful. Mr. Tom Karinshak, as I was told," Makes the rules but doesn't deal directly with any customers. You can not leave a message or send an email. The representative took a message and said she would have someone call me back. Guess who called back......The comcast agent from the 800 number.
Contacting directly the office in Baltimore which issues my bill was my last resort. I have turned the bill over to Montgomery County Government Francise office for resolution including rembursemnt to all the outages and billable hours lost to calling comcast.
Direct TV comes tomorrow!! I heard it's great.
