Awful. Online it states they open at 830 dont open until 12. There are two employees foe too many people. Spent an hour waiting to be told they dont have the box I need. Have to wait 5 days for someone to come to house to replace a boz that hasn't worked all week

To "Anonymous" -- the exact same thing happened to me but TWICE. I will NEVER use the drop box again. I had to incur cancel check charges both times. Something is wrong with some of the people who work for them.

I dropped off my payment (check), in Woodbury, last Monday afternoon about 2 to 2:30 pm. It was in a white envelope with "Comast" printed on the front. I put it in the slot at the front door. The parking lot was full and the line inside was at the door. I recieved my bill today, and it shows I didn't pay it. I checked my bank account, and it hasn't been taken out yet. I think Comcast needs to have more personnel at that office. So where's my check?!
