My 2 year agreement was up so they jacked my monthly bill up from $130 ti $160. I decided to switch to uverse. Dropped my equipment off at the wyoming branch on 2/27 and got a receipt saying my final bill would be $65.30 (for a [partial month, actually 10 days). 2 weeks later I got a bill for $330, they didn't discontinue my service. Had to call and explain. they said no problem , we'll get it corrected and send you a new final bill, stating again the final amount due would be $65.30. Got the final bill today and they want me to pay $83. Tried calling customer service again, they said I'd have to talk to billing. Guess I will have to stop in there again with my equipment return receipt and tell them I will write them a check for $65.30 and they WILL mark my bill PAID IN FULL! That and the headaches of them triple charging me for the original installation, I don't plan on ever being a customer of theirs again!

So they didn't send me a bill thru mail last month so it didn't get paid. I called the 888 number and they say well you'll have to discuss with your local comcast center....but conveniently they don't know the phone # and if you look on website (and I've scoured for about 30 minutes entire internet) you'll find nothing but the same 888 number I originally spoke to. Then I called 888 number again and it simply timed out and disconnected me. I'm certainly open to any of the other internet/video providers when they come waving their deals at me. Comcast you're a bloated cow that can't seem to figure out that your customers need help now and then and you need to make sure they get answers/action in a fair/timely manner. You're failing miserably and I'll make sure all my friends and family are aware of it for future reference.

My bill was $129. Constantly going up $143.98 with a $10.00 discount because I was overbilled this past month it went up to $267.81 with credits of $50.00+ $30.20 + $25.00 total $105.20 so actually they are billing me $373.01 a month for Basic cable no pay channels. Figure that. I can't. I am buying someone a summer home and extra cars everybody's getting a Christmas bonus and I'm on disability they want my entire check. As much as comcast tries to explain it. I will never understand it. Because it doesn't make any sense. now I have to turn in the boxes. loyalty doesn't mean anything to them. every few years, I have to about the price. been with them for 20 years.

Worst customer service...long waits, little organization. This makes Direct TV look better and better
