We were a group of 11 women going to Cracker Barrel for dinner. To say it was a nightmare is an understatement. From the time we arrived till the time we left the service was inadequate. The wait staff was poor. The lady manager was very rude and untrained. I had planned to have a nice evening for us and it was a big disappointment. After this experience Cracker Barrel will loose most likely loose some great customers.
