I visited this new store on placida rd. Englewood,fl yesterday for my first time. I was so disgusted before I even stepped foot inside. Two employees five feet outside the front doors, with their cute little makeshift smoking area...two chairs and a nasty ashtray with probably 2 weeks of butts inside it.
So, I can't believe this is going on in this beautiful, brand new store. Not only do I have to avoid the smoke cloud to go inside, but I have to see and smell the disgusting ashtray left behind...
I hope you can fix this eyesore toilet issue. I will never go back to that location again....
