My elderly mother and I visited this location tonight. We go to to location weekly.this trip was a nightmare. First my mom didn't have enough money on her card to cover the total. She's been a victim of identity theft for the past year and has been robbed almost once a month. She was very embarrassed and anxious because of this. She asked me to call the number to check for a balance. She didn't have enough. The cashier was very annoyed and said im going to voud your transaction because im not goibg to keep these other people waiting, i said yes do that. The cashier called another lady to remove my moms cart. The woman told me to have my mom remove her purse from the cart. And she began to remove the cart. I told her, please don't go far with that we'll be needing it. She continued to walk away with the cart. My mom was very distressed by this point. And asked me why the lady was taking her cart, does she think I'm going to steal it? I told her I don't know. We went to a closed lane to rearrange her items and figure out what to leave behind. We got the things she was able to purchase and left the rest at the closed register. We got back in line, to a different register, the lines were very long 10-12 people per lane with 2 registers open. We finally get to the cashier and as she's ringing us up we hear the first cashier complaining loudly about us to the customers she is ringing up. She says can you believe how rude they are?!!! No manners at all. So rude. They could at least put everything back. The customer agrees with her and says no home schooling. And they look over at us and the custumer calls us white trash. I responded I don't work here, and I won't be putting any of that back. The cashier now calls us rude and nasty! And the customer walKS past my mom and I and calls us nasty white trash. I tell her to mind her own damn business and she starts cursing loudly and threatening me. Wow. This cashier created a bad situation and put my elderly disabled mother and myself in an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation! I am furious that this happened. So unprofessional! How dare she talk that way about customers in the store in that way and escalate a bad situation. My mom is very upset and we will never go back to that location. As we walked out the cashier called us trash to the next customer at her register. In the parking lot we were accosted by the first lady that cursed and threaten me. She was sitting in her car out front yelling out the window
