My complaint about three managers (one off-duty) ignoring a line of 6 people while they smoked and talked--leaving only one clerk to attend to the customers, was inadvertantly e- mailed when my finger touched the screen. I did not get to finish the complaint:
After I told the 2 on-duty managers they should not take breaks at the same time, one of them responded "just ignore her [me]." I responded "Those customers pay your salary." The same woman responded "Have a nice day!"
Neither apologized, got into the store, or might ever acknowledge their lack of management skills. (Leaving only one clerk inside was simply unfair to him--besides the 5 people in line.) I decided to now shop at the West View Dollar Tree.

Also, there are no signs to limit the customers to 1 or 2 bottles of antibacterial soaps. The shelves empty too quickly; limitations would be helpful.
