Just walked into the bank to open an account and the teller stated " we are closing in 5 minutes but it was only 12:30 and they close at 1:00. She then stated "can you come back on Monday instead because it will take 30 minutes to open". What happened to great employees instead of lazy people thinking you owe them something. That's why they are so underpaid because they don't value others. Fifth Third is not a bank I would recommend unless they fire her and hire people who care.
