I am a regular customer at your Rainbow location in Las Vegas. It seems as if you have some tremendous problems there. Most every time I shop there, so many things are not priced. Therefor when you ask, they expect you to take EVERYTHING that is not price to the cashier. Then you can sort your basket one item at a time to see if you can afford it. Most of the items are way over priced anyway. But you have to sort it all at the register. STUPID!!!
Another HUGE problem, I was in the store yesterday Monday 04-13-2015 and when I went to check out the cashier wanted me to use my "free" $5 from my VIP card registration. I wanted to use it on Wednesday instead because I have some other shopping to do there, but she continue to push the $5 thing. I continued to refuse and finally she gave me my total. As I went to pay her my $1.98 she refused to take my money. I had 3 $5 bills and 1 $20 bill and she would not take any of them. Why? She said they were all too old. WHAT??? STUPID!!!!!! I searched for another $5 bill and found one she would take. Then she gives ME OLD change,...that I CAN'T spend at your store on Wed? Stupid!!! I will be in your store on Wednesday and that will be the VERY LAST TIME that I will shop your stores. I'm very upset and actually a little embarrassed as well. So why is my money not good to you? Is it my color? I feel like some kind of criminal or something? I have asked and asked the store personnel and they have no answer except that the money is too old. 1988??? That's old??? 1991 That's old??? Stupid Again!!!
I WILL be in the store Wednesday and I WILL be bringing my OLD CHANGE from YOUR store back for replacement. I have (3) $1 bills and (2) pennies to return. I will expect NO, NONE, ZERO, problems from Management. (you might want to make a phone call to them know) Your store won't take my "old" money, but yet you give me back old money??? You're Stupid...
I want my change replaced and I will not be shopping with your company any longer.

Sorry your policies suck. I loved shopping there.
