Customer service in goodwil in winter garden along west colonial is a very bad . The manager itself and one of the cashier doesn't know how to treat customer right. They very rude and no respect to customer at all. The manager doesn't deserved her position .They are making their own prices, I know this cause on one particular item that I was purchasing it was clearly mark one price then the cashier made up her own price with the presence of her manager. When I corrected her she got upset and disrespected me in front of customers and her manager. Then when I asked for the manager to tell them about the disrespect fullness. The cashier sad ohh here she is right here. Little that I know, her manager was there the whole time right next to her. The manager witness the disrespectful cashier and then defended her. I got not one apology. Now that I know what kind of people are in charge of your stores and the dignity and respect that they give to their costumer. I will no longer be donating any more items to your stores. I will also no longer shop at your stores. Your staff has torn the integrity of your business and your name. Respect and dignity start from the top to the bottom.
