I have rented from hertz, covington location numerous times and always was satisfied with the service. The last time I was going to rent from there the way I was treated was ridiculous. I was treated like I was lying about the discount code I entered for the rental. I had to make numerous of calls to get my family member to verify that she works for hertz. They did not want to take my credit card because my reservation entry name was one letter different from my card. It was Mc instead of Ma. They would not rent me the car so my family and I had to postponed are trip for two days. I will never rent from those guys ever and I will fight until that covington location is out of business.
