I'm very dissapointed. I'm a Gold member, never lost anything in a car, and realized I left my expensive Torey Birch sandles in a rent-a-car at BWI on 6/4/15. I entered a Lost/Stolen right away from the airport, and never received confirmation. I enterered another ref#, and that # was deleted. I've never been able to reach anyone by phone (left my # but no one returned my calls and even stopped at Hertz counter, but no-one can help). I was amazed at how many lost/found items you have at this airport. You need a better system for supporting valued customers (even if it's just a quick scan in the car along with your customer as a reminder). I travel at least 2x per month, and no-one has ever asked me to look. Lesson learned, and I'm reconsidering Hertz as my preferred provider.
