I recently went to jc penney in Mt Sterling Ky . I was shopping for shoes i asked the women at the shoe counter in the back of the store if they had a certain shoe in my size they were very rude and didnt even take the time to even look . so i told my husband ok if they are going to act that way ill take my money else were .i did i went to shoe sensation were they are very nice and got shoes . but anyway my point is they need to start being nicer to theyr customers i know some more people who said they were treated the same way i will not go back to that jc penney i will shop somewhere else ......
