I lived in Norwalk for several years and moved to New York but still have family there so I visit frequently . Kmart is my store I love the friendly atmosphere and the staff there is very friendly and helpful . But this summer there is a new manager who is very different to the other people who works there . I know Roshale she is so kind to all the customers I saw it on her name tag and I met her several times when I visit the store but this manager her tag said Bertha she is rude and unfriendly her face is serious she walk past me not even a hello like the other staff she walk past a salesperson I heard the girl say hi to her and she kept wAlking I LOVE Kmart but this individual needs some training as to how she should be customer friendly who is this person I never saw anyone with her mannerism working at any Kmart and I shop at Kmart in a lot of states get her out before she ruins the kmart family friendly stores .
