I had attempted to purchase a variety of coke and pepsi products. I had a basket of assorted
12 oz. 12 cans of both coke and pepsi product. I had 24 cases of 12 - 12oz. cans.
A manager came to inform me that I couldn't purchase more than 12 cases at any time.
Please know, the kroger add only read; 4/$11 w/card. only restriction read, quantities less than 4 would be $4.99 each. Also know, 2260 18 mile rd, Sterling hghts. MI. Kroger had plenty of stock. I could understand, if they were low, but this wasn't the case.
I then requested to make two purchases, however, the manager declined. So, I was not able to purchase what I had taken the time and effort to purchase. Later that day, 12-15-17 I phoned to speak with the store manager, only to be told they do have the right to limit quantities.
However, after our talk, he said he would grant the purchase, if I returned the following day? Not happy with this kroger! I guess they don't need your patronage.
