I think your store has great breads,wide variety of foods, wonderful people at the deli section, and the cashiers at 12:30 during the week are wonderful, as well as the baggers. Thank you for hiring special citizens.

Unfortunately, the experience my husband and I had today, March 12, 2017 at around 11:43 am was vert dissapointing. Our cashier, Amin, forgot to give us the $2:00 coupon off our bill. He immediately told us to go to the Customer Service area to get our money. I saw a woman behind the glass walking around doing whatever. I waited and waited until she decided to finally come out and help me. There was a person at the side of the counter before that, who was looking at a log book or something. Another woman came in and out so they saw me waiting there. No one bothered to acknowledge I was even there!

Finally, a Blonde haired person, with attitude, comes out. She doesn't apologize for keeping me waiting and to top it off, had a bad attitude. I felt I was being an unconvenience to her. I had already been inconvenienced, but understand people make mistakes. However, to keep me waiting when I was the only person standing there,as well as having a really bad attitude is unacceptable. I wasn't pleased and she knew it!

You can lose alot of business with an employee having a bad attitude.

If an employee cannot handle being in customer service, they should be looking for another job! I am sure that there are people out there that was to work.

If this happens again at this store, I will take this higher!
