Been a LA Fitness member for years, had have never experienced the lack of customer service I experienced when came to this location today. I had considered relocating and making this my home location which would give them one more member to collect dues from. When I came to the location not only did they not wave the $5 fee but also made me go to the bank just to have exact change just so I can try out the location to decide if I wanted to permanently change my home location. Once I had the very important $5 I was never given any information or even a tour of the location that I was wanting to change to. LONG STORY SHORT IS I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN AND I LOOK FORWARD TO POSTING AS MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS LOCATION AS POSSIBLE.
