Horrible. This place has poor customer service. Came in with a 2 week pass from another location and wanting to maybe use it here (not demanding b/c I understand this is diff management) because it is conversion from a lifestyles gym/has diff machines, etc. but is a closer location to my house and more ideal for me. Sales girl says fine I can help you with that, I can do a 7 day trial, and said I will email you a pass for a 7-day trial. She did not say your week trial starts today. Never received the email from her, went in and was told sorry your week has expired, checked with her manager who was no help, and said I cannot send you another pass for six more months. When someone comes in WANTING to sign up with your gym you sure make it hard for your customers to want to sign with you.
I will NOT be signing up at this gym. :( :(
