Called to make an appointment, spoke to someone who said you can walk in or make an appointment, we are not very busy. I said I would like to make an appointment. She said I would have to go on line to do it. I asked the person I was speaking to their name and they mumbled something I could not understand. I asked them again they mumbled something again that sounded like T or E or G, my first guess was T ,she mumbled 'aha'. I thought this was very unprofessional and quite rude.
