I can not find where this document say that samples will not be taken after 12:30 PM. I arrived at the Woods Lake facility at 12:40 PM, and the lady at the window on the right side rudely told me that I would have to come back after 2:00 because they stop testing at 12:30 PM., when the samples went out. I said that I wish that they would put that on the website. The lady retorted that it is on the web site. Where?
