Front desk staff at this location needs to be trained to behave and treat patients coming to them in a professional, humane manner and not as if they were making us a favor. I worked hard for the Government in Washington, DC, before I relocated here, so, I believe I have earned all health-related services I need now including some degree of respect. The young man in particular at this office is very arrogant, and disrespectful. In the more than 1 hour that I have waited, he insulted all patients that came to him with legitimate questions. The more mature lady kept on asking everybody for their credit cards as if they had no medical coverage...and please believe me most of them were all in their late 60's so they must have been covered my Medicare. Since when is LabCorp asking for credit cards from patients that have medical coverage? Is this a new policy or have I missed something? Bottom line is that your staff at this office need to understand that they would be unemployed without us, the sick people. Nobody with a sane mind goes to have their medical tests unless they needed them. So, please make these front desk individuals understand that they have their jobs because we are sick and not the other way around. They need to pay a visit to any of Quest Laboratories close by to see what high professionalism and customer skills are and see the difference. THANK YOU for taking the time to read my comments.
