I'm business woman out of Atlanta Georgia. Realtor and property management for over 20 years. I do a lot of business with Lowe's and Home Depot. Needless to say the customer service skills at the Waterfront Lowe's in Homestead, PA was truly disappointing. The service rep was hearing but not really listening to my needs. This is an observation after several encounters at this location. I would suggest training your sales rep to be a little bit more friendly and caring with the customers. Home Depot built's homes, Lowe's just decorate and so do T.J & Max Marshall's, Home Goods, which are located in the same area.
