I'm very disappointed in the service we received. We ordered a Samsung refrigerator June 22, they gave us a date for delivery on July 10th. They called us the day before on July 9, left message they would be delivering it the next day but if this day was not all right, we need to call them. We had an emergency come up and would not be home that day and asked them to please deliver the following week. We never got a call the following week so I called, they transferred me to Dale in appliances. Dale said they did not have the refrigerator, he did not know what happened. He said he would keep it monitored and call me back. I never heard back from him, so I called asked for him. Several times I got cut off, then a lady said he was loading something and for me to call back in 10 minutes. I called back in 10 minutes, got cut off again and again. Finally, I called again, then a lady said he had already left. She transferred me to Michael. I tried to explain to Michael what I was calling about, he cut me off short, said he had 4 customers waiting and did not have time to talk. He took my name and number, said he would call back, never did. We made another trip to lowes, spoke to Jeff. He looked on his computer, said there was 4 Samsung refrigerators they were waiting for, he would call. Never called us. Then on top of it all, I got a bill, charging me interest which I was not supposed to be charged interest for a year. Enough is enough! I called and they took it off! I talked to the manager, Andy. I told him my story, wanted to know if we were getting a refrigerator, what happened to the one that they were going to deliver on July 10th. He looked into it and said they could not get anymore of those. Never got a straight answer about the one they were going to deliver on July 10th. He told me to come in and see Chris and they would see that I got a refrigerator that was in stock and if it was more money than the one I originally wanted, they would write off the difference. The only ones they had in Samsung was the ones with water and ice in the front door. I did not want one like that as we have well water and do not drink that. So he walked me to the customer service desk, and credited me back on my act and gave me lowes card back to use for purchases in store since we had gave our gift card to put towards the frig. The customer service person was rude and not at all friendly with me. This is my last time of shopping at this Lowes store!
