I decided that I wanted to switch banks a long time ago and I always hesitated because I thought it would be such a hassel. When I finaly decided on PNC I went in and they were so nice! When I sat down with Chloe she was so helpful she sat with me for over an hour and told me all about the vertual wallet (which ended up being my new best friend)and even help me set up my online profile. I know she went way beyond what she needed to do and I'm sure she had other things to be doing but she sat with me until I felt comfortable with everything! She was awesome and she gave great service! Im so glad I switched to PNC!
