Took my Pomeranian there for the first time today and will NEVER go back!! They gashed my dogs leg during the grooming and I received a call from the manager telling me they had to stop the grooming and I would need to come take a look to see if I wanted to take him to the hospital. I was so upset and when I arrived they all were standing around and my dog was no where in sight. They just stuck him in a cage injured and not watching him. The manager told me it was not bleeding and that I might need to get it glued shut. I asked to see my dog immediately and when I did he looked horrible!! Not only was his leg gashed but it was bleeding and the woman groomer held him and stretched his leg out and you could see deep inside his leg!!! She told me that all the vets were closed today since it was Sunday and to maybe take him tomorrow and acted like it was no big deal!! Excuse me but a deep bleeding gash in my dogs leg is a big deal!! I started shaking and was in tears!! My poor little baby who's hair was half cut and leg bleeding was shaking uncontrollably!! I told the manager I was taking him to a vet ASAP and he was fine with it and offered to pay. I took him to the vet and he had to get staples to close his leg!!! He endured so much today and now has a hard time walking and is trying to pull the staples out so I am having to constantly watch him. He has to keep them in for over a week. I have never had to deal with something like this before. My advice is to stay FAR AWAY from here at all cost!!!!! The only positive thing I can say was the manager Ben was very nice and was the only one who acted concerned at all. He stuck to his word and paid the vet bill. But no matter what I will never return to that store even for dog food!!!!
