This is the worst pizza hit ever. O have never ordered delivery without a problem. I haven't ordered in a year until the other night thinking I would try it again. The delivery was on time but all food was cold no problem. But my pizza was Alfredo sauce when I ordered marinara sauce...no problem but the pizza was not done and mushy in the middle. I called back to get another pizza the woman apologized and said another one would be half hour. I said okay. Half hour later the manager called me and asked what was wrong. I told her it was Alfredo sauce and it wasnt done. She started arguing with me saying Alfredo pizzas were always thought to be not done and she was at the cutting table all night. When I starting telling her I didn't order Alfredo she agued with me again and hung up on me. I called back and she said she was looking up my order. By this time I was very upset. I told her I didn't want anything for free I just wanted a pizza I could eat. Finally 20 minutes later I got her to send me another one. Original ordered 6 pm... Got the pizza I ordered at 9 pm. Not to mention the green peppers and onions were cut so thin I could barley tell they were on there. I will NEVER order from pizza hut again. There should be a general manager I could call but every time I call they are not available. Don't waste your money.
