I love planet fitness. In particular, the sign of "drop egos here" is a known conduct in at least 50 countries, and is a high standard according to Yoga Philosophy, and Yoga postures. But what people generally tend to think, is to 'not judge' means, in some ways, 'dont talk to anyone'
that is just ufriendly, and rude, especially in small towns, or anywhere for that matter. It is a MIS undestanding of what it means to not be judegmentle,.Its a wonderful daily practice to be non judgmental, but at the same time, be mindfull, of the people around you. Convey Kindness.
