5/12/2017 My mother was instructed by her Dr. to take a specimen sample to you location and just drop it off. My mother got there early in the morning and went to drop it off like she was told to do. There was an Employee there young long black hair she was helping another person, my mother said politely excuse me I just need to drop this off. ( she was already embarrassed due to it being a poop sample. The young lady raised her voice to my mother and told her she would have to wait in line like everyone else. So my mother sat down more embarrassed due to her being yelled at in front of other patients. An older man came in afterwards to drop off the same sample as my mother and the same girl was polite to this man told him to have a seat then after helping the patient she was helping when my mother came in told him sir I will go ahead and take your sample. She took his sample before my mother she made my mother wait for a long time. My mother got upset and left with her sample in hand drove home crying of embarrassment and had a real bad anxiety attack. Its like she was bullied by your employee I am very upset about the mistreatment of my mother and the way your employee handled her self in this situation. My mom is driving around with her poop sample and don't want to go back there to take it. I don't know what kind of training the Company you work for does before hiring someone, but I really suggest you find out who treated my mother like this and send them back to Customer Service training. I would like a response from someone in this situation and I want to know what consequences you employee will have. This is so uncalled for and totally un professional for her to act that way with your customers and to herself for being so mean and heartless. Maybe she needs another profession to work in if she cant handle her job professional.
