This has been the worst lab experience I have had in 54 years.
The tech who drew my blood was fine. However, the office staff, ability to communicate with this location, the forwarding of my results to me and the restroom were all deplorable. I had an appointment and still had to wait 50 minutes becuse the front desk staff didn't know what they were doing. I didn't feel well and was late for work due to this. I filled out forms to have my results sent to me and they never arrived...it is impossible to reach this office via phone and emails are not answered. There was only one restroom for everyone and the toilet hadn't been flushed when I went in...and it was broken and wouldn't flush. Disgusting...The entire situation was so far below acceptable that I don't have words. I STILL CANNOT GET MY RESULTS OR A RETURN EMAIL OR CALL! I am going to be rating this office on every rating site available to help others avoid this nighhtmare.
