Went there on Monday to pick up a kit for my test. Never been treated as poorly. Lab techs spent at least 5 minutes with their backs to me doing something with the computer. The lab tech that appeared to be running the place turned to me after they were done and said they did not have my kit. She said she ordered them but did not know when they would be coming in. She wanted to send me to another location, but I declined. Was not feeling well. Customer Service was beyond poor. They should not even be open if they cannot provide the service.
